A Scared Heart

 

It was dark___

Gloomy,
And maybe a little too scared-
To stand out loud infront of the mass,
It held fear deep down_
Afraid to take a path that's new
Facing obstacles, climbing the top of them and meeting the next you .

It faced coldness of all nights
Started fighting battles of thoughts rising in mind and heart
It wanted to face challenges now
Courage it accepted
And vowed that fear wouldn't let it bow.

It would speak for the right,
Fly high with freely set wings,
Pushing insecurities and battles away
Continuously telling own self to rise spirits to fly high.

It had learned a lesson;
To burn a flame in itself,
To chase dreams and let own self out form the highs and lows,
To lead a path where in each step new adventure unfolds....

It took it's time and fought way hard-
It was now strong and protected itself as a powerful guard,
It was a _"SCARED HEART"
Led by courage and happy with the new start.
